after eating two mcdouble bacons I started having stomach cramps at home in the evening nausea, vomiting, dizziness and extreme fatigue are there. McDonald should pay for it I miss work because of them!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Cramps

Chicken salad purchased on Monday October 4th that made me sick for 2 days, vomiting and diarrhoea.
It is ironic that the store forces its customers to wash hands before allowed in yet find a way to poison its customers and charge them for it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Pizza with pepperoni Ordered a pizza for myself, so only I got sick. I ate the pizza around 8pm. At around 1am, I woke up with stomach, feeling nauseous, and ended up vomiting multiple times.

Around 9 o'clock, order two Sausage' N Egg McMuffin and a kulk-size coffee. After eating the first Sausage McMuffin, I felt stomach pain nausea, thought his stomach was hungry reasons, continue to eat the second, stomach pain more serious nausea. Endured home, nausea stomach pain unpleasant, went to bed a bit, to about 11 o'clock up vomiting, has been spit until about 12 o'clock, nausea feeling slightly better, but stomach pain continues, now still stomach pain, nausea, but vomiting temporarily.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
