Me and my boyfriend went to in n out Friday evening, it was very busy and a long wait as well. We both ordered the same thing which was a cheese burger and animal style fries. We felt fine the rest of the night until the following day. We both threw up and have high fever and goosebumps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
