I bought a grande breakfast burrito morning around 9am. had it, then within arounf 11am, i felt nausious, dizzy and anxious. turned out i had food poisoning and the next day i was dead in bed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

I ate Chipotle Mexican Grill on 12/11/2018 I had a bowl containing (chicken, brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, sour cream, corn, avocado, and red salsa. 30 min later I had diarrhea and felt very nauseous and started vomiting uncontrollably. My stomach hurts a lot and went to the emergency room  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
