I went and got a burrito and nacho fries from taco bell in groton ct ate food 2 hours later I started getting hot and nausea n a headache started throwing up n now having direahea a lot with stomach pain, Started getting sick 2 hours later ate at 6pm  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain

Chicken sandwich , chili, bacon burger ,fries, ate around 630pm started having direahea at 750 started puking at 830 pm burning stomach pain , puking still  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I stopped in for breakfast the morning of 9/12/18. I ordered and I ate a sausage crunch wrap, 2 hash browns, 2 sausage grilled burritos. I took a nap for a few hrs due to working grave shift, i woke up with nausea. Later on in the day/night it turned into diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the buttermilk crispy chicken tendered around 8:30 pm. Around 4 am I woke up and had explosive painful diarrhea that came in waves. I had not eaten anything previous to the McDonald’s since 10 am that morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
