I ordered a double cheeseburger. My kids and girlfriend had a chicken nuggets and a chicken salad. As soon as I finished the cheeseburger on the trip to Boston, I knew something was off. I vomited 3 times and had diarrhea for 2 days. I haven't eaten anything of substance.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Purchased and consumed a 1/4 with cheese at 330pm on 12-26-18. Within 5 hours began to experience severe vomiting and Diarrhea. Did not consume any other food after the burger so it narrowed down the source.
