I had a steak burrito with mild salsa, lettuce, cheese, brown rice. I ate around 6:30 pm on 8/28, nausea symptoms set on the following morning at 4 am. Vomiting began at 6:30 and continued hourly. I required a trip to the ER for dehydration  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Pepperoni and cheese cracker plate, I took a cheese meat and cracker plate to the beach with some friends and our children.
