I had a sofritas bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guac, and salad vinaigrette. The nausea began within the hour after eating about half the bowl, and then after a couple more hours I started vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

This is by far the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I had a ribeye well done with mushrooms (that I didn’t eat) and a baked potato with butter and sour cream. It took about four and a half hours for symptoms to start with severe nausea and vomiting and now painful bloating and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating

I got a 6 pack of cookies 3 peanut butter, 2 sugar, and 1 macadamia nut and felt sick throughout the night after eating them. I don’t know if old ingredients were used or what but I feel terribly sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
