Ate around lunch on Friday, December 29th and began vomiting and had horrible stomach pains later that night. It was the only thing I had eaten that day. It took me almost an entire week to get over it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Double bacon cheeseburger,cheese curds, chicken tenders, and ice cream. I ate orange chicken and fried rice about an hour before my flight. Began to feel sick to my stomach as we boarded the plane, and experienced diarrhea on the plane. A couple hours later, I experienced heavy nausea and vomiting. I cannot hold down any food or drink including water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
