12/20/2018 Steak, rice, veggies, guac, sour cream; around 9-10 PM. Woke up about 3-4 AM with bloated stomach vomiting continuously. Hurt to move, had to call into work. Monday 12/17/18 I had steak rice bowl with only queso, lettuce, sour cream. Just an hour after eating I started to feel sick. I spent every couple hours in the bathroom with diarrhea and finally threw up at 3:30am. I still feel nausea and missed work Tuesday.
