Steak burrito with white rice, veggies, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, mild salsa.

Went to Chipotle on 9/23/17 around 8pm. Ordered the burrito bowl with sofritas, white rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese, and lettuce. Ate half and symptoms started within half an hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had a bowl for lunch break at work 12pm , stomachache shortly after eating a few bites. Hours later upset stomach and diarrhea . Sorry to be graphic but you could literally see the food :( feel like crap still and it's 1030pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
