I had the Philadelphia; Blue Crunch; Negi Hama. Woke up around 11pm in a hot flash and an awful stomach ache. I was extremely nauseous and threw up. It was disgusting and tasted like rotten fish. Felt a bit better the next morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had Chipotle about 5pm last night and woke up the next morning with diarrhea. I was so nauseous all day. The only thing that helped was laying down. Later in the day I ended up taking pepto and threw up an hour later. Let's just say I'm never eating Chipotle again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
