Ate from the salad bar on 9/14, woke up in the am on 9/15 with severe stomach pain and diarrhea. I ate the same dinner as my family and no one got sick, so I'm sure it was from the lunch time salad bar at JD.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I ate the tortilla soup and beef enchiladas at 10 pm, and started to develop stomach cramps at 6 am. By 9 am, I was having diarrhea and severe vomiting. I had a fever of 100.4 later in the day, and my symptoms improved by 9 pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

My spouse picked up a dozen donuts for takeout at 9:10am. This was at the 162nd and Maple St. location in Omaha. We both ate the apple croissant donut and about 5 hours later, we have been in the bathroom. Our child ate donuts but not the one my spouse and I had.
