went with my husband, i ordered a frisco melt he just got a shake. i started getting really bad stomach cramps and sweating profusely, then ended up getting nausea and diarrhea, shortly after i started to get sick my husband ended up getting diarrhea as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

I went to McDonalds this morning at 7:30 am and grabbed an Egg McMuffin and a small OJ. I would say about an hour later I felt this heat wave and then came the diarrhea, vomiting, and chills!
