I at a chicken sandwich from them I bought Lunch on April 24, 2021. I ordered a number 1, which is a fried chicken sandwich, fries, and sweet tea. Ordered from Doordash February 16 2021. Ordered steak bowl, brown rice, steak, black beans, guacamole. Woke up on 2/17, throwing up all day, nauseous, throwing up bile, diarrhea, couldn’t keep down food or water for 24 hours and had to sleep for an entire day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile
