12-20-18, Ordered a plate meal, teriyaki chicken and beef broccoli with white rice for lunch, 3 hours later chills, fever, then diarrhea then vomited it all up. I believe the chicken was not cooked thoroughly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I' ve been up all night with naseau,diarrhea and now vomiting this morning. I had a bowl- chicken, rice, beans,fajita mix ,pico, cheese, corn, sour cream and lettuce. Chipotle was the only food I consumed yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Typical love Chick fila, have it about every other week. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries for dinner (chick fila sauce) and a few hours later had stomach pain, diarrhea, and the sweats.
