i got a burrito august 14 with brown rice, chicken, salsa, cheese, and extra lettuce. i got sick that night and all day the next day and still feel nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Monday, 8-13-18, between 12:30-1:30pm
Bowl w/ white rice, black beans, barb, sr crm, cheese, chips, red and green salsa.
Had food poisoning about 4 hours later. It was my first meal of the day as I have coffee for breakfast. That I make at home.

The man handling the food was not wearing gloves and looked disgusting, he handled my food bare handed and looking back I should have said something, a night on the toilet will teach me a lesson. This was around lunch time, and no one else was around.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
