Not sure maybe salmon tacos  My 92 year old guest. She ate a few bites and in a very short time she started vomiting. Got sweaty and weak and continued vomiting. Later, once home she had diarrhea as well  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Weakness, Sweating
