Ate chicken, white rice, corn, salsa, cheese and sour cream around 7pm and woke up around 2 in the middle of the night then symptoms started  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got the southwest chicken salad. It had romaine in it. Didn't even think about it until I started feeling feverish, vomiting, and severe stomach pain. Bad thing is the lettuce was recalled and they were still selling the salads.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

Ate a oven roasted chicken with jalapeños lettuce red onion American cheese and ranch on Italian herbs and cheese. The food toasted and smelled okay but none of it digested and I vomittted profusely with diarrhea for about 12 hours. None of the food was well digested… See more
