Ate bowl of Kirklands broccoli cheddar soup and about a half hour later i was violently ill. I had diarrhea for the next 12 hours. The soup tasted yummy but I will never chance it again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I got the southwest chicken salad. It had romaine in it. Didn't even think about it until I started feeling feverish, vomiting, and severe stomach pain. Bad thing is the lettuce was recalled and they were still selling the salads.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
