June 26th Approximately 3-3:30pm. I ate a
Barbacoa Bowl, with Rice, Black beans, Tomato Salsa, Corn Salsa, Chili Salsa, Sour Cream, Lettuce and Cheese. Stomach started cramping up 12 hours later. Severe abdominal pain, temperature, severe weakness, sweating, entire body ache, and diarrhea that lasted two weeks.

My 2 nephews and I ate veg bowl and all 3 of us got sick. They both vomited, 1 had fever and I had vomiting and diarrhea with out fever.
