7 月 14 日，我有一个带浇头和酸奶油/guac 的素食沙拉碗，第二天晚上在接下来的三天里病得不可控制。近 5 天后，我仍然感觉很糟糕（幸运的是，由于胃空了，呕吐已经消退了），头痛和身体疼痛。很快就不会渴望 Chipotle。

Last Friday I ordered by phone a hot turkey sub with lettuce tomatoes and grilled onions with fries at around 4:30 pm ate half the sub and gave the other have to my son and we both got tummy aches and diarrhea with in an hour after eating  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我爸爸和我 4 天前在星期五晚上在这里吃过。直到周六晚上 11:30 左右，当我开始感到胃痛时，一切都还好。上午 12 点左右是呕吐和腹泻开始的时候。从凌晨 12 点到凌晨 3 点 30 分左右，我一直在呕吐和腹泻。我完全可悲。对我来说这是不间断的呕吐，然后当一切都没出来的时候，我开始干沉，几乎没有出现！我爸爸早上 7 点左右开始呕吐，他持续了大约 2 个小时。他总共呕吐了大约 4 次，但我们俩根本没有胃口，我们俩仍然很恶心。我们正在慢慢好转。

下午 6 点，我们去了位于利比里亚大街的弗吉尼亚州马纳萨斯的 BWW，那天晚上 12 点，我女儿都因腹泻、剧烈呕吐和头晕而爬去洗手间。到第二天早上 6 点，它还没有停止，所以我们去了那里我们极度脱水的紧张区。无法保持任何东西，包括水、佳得乐和姜汁啤酒。在医院待了 5 个小时之后，我们能够离开那里，他们几乎说我们有食物中毒。

Barbacoa Bowl，配米饭、黑豆、番茄莎莎、玉米莎莎、辣椒莎莎、酸奶油、生菜和奶酪。12 小时后胃开始抽筋。持续两周的严重腹痛、体温、严重虚弱、出汗、全身疼痛和腹泻。

My 2 nephews and I ate veg bowl and all 3 of us got sick. They both vomited, 1 had fever and I had vomiting and diarrhea with out fever.
