I ate salt and vinegar wings from the deli counter and now I have severe nausea, vomiting, liquid #2 and a slight fever. The only other things I ate yesterday were chips and a uncrustable pb&j.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
