I ate a Asian salad with grilled chicken and turkey chili at 1pm, got violently ill at 5:30 and vomited 8-10 times until 1am with severe abdominal pain. I almost went to the ER for evaluation.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I picked up fresh sandwiches for lunch along with our groceries on 12/3/2018. I got the Marketside Asian Chicken Bistro Wrap and was later violently ill.
