Ate barbacoa salad bowl, appx. 4 hours later began presenting with diarrhea, fever chills and pain for two days, diarrhea persisted for 6 days until was hospitalized for dehydration. Ate at 630pm, Jan 17, 2017. Barbacoa brown rice bowl with the works (black beans, all 3 salsas, cheese, lettuce). finished a barbacoa burrito bowl around 6pm, got home and felt a bit off, took some ibuprofen. Felt stomach pain and general discomfort, by 8:00pm had chills and severe nausea. By 9pm I had the chills so bad I was shaking and vomited a few times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Shaking
