Ate at 11:30 AM on April 11, 2021. Had a carnitas burrito bowl with, brown rice, the green salsa, sour cream and cheese. Started having diarrhea at 7 PM April11th - April 12th at 7 PM and vomited at 11 PM on April 11th.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Bought a steak burrito at 9:30pm 4/11/2021 that had multiple toppings, came back home and ate it. Woke up at 3:30 am with horrible stomach pains and burning sensation, stayed up until 10 am unable to sleep tossing an turning, three of just pico and salsa out… See more

All i had was a soft taco and 5 layer burrito for my lunch break. Around 30ish minutes later i start getting a constant stomach cramp. When I laid down to get some sleep after work i started feeling nauseous and wanted to throw up. It’s the next day and i still have my cramp.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Cramps

Burrito with extra meat  Ate the burrito at around 7ish then started throwing up from 11-3am but before that had chills and a crazy bad stomach. I then started throwing up blood and had to go to the hospital where they said I had food poisoning

I ate at around 11am on 4/9/21 at a restaurant I frequent. I had a burrito bowl with chicken. I got violently ill and because vomiting and experienced severe stomach pain, and nausea - I had to seek medical care.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
