I ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch and ate it for dinner. I woke up from my sleep with terrible reflux of tasting the salad and ranch. I threw up multiple times during night. Tested positive for yersinia today after eating Trader Joe's ready-to-eat salads three-to-four times a week for the last few weeks. This included the Chinese Chicken salad that was recently recalled due to a cyclospora outbreak.
