I had purchased a California Pizza Kitchen Garlic Chicken frozen pizza from here, had it last night and awoke to the worst upset stomach and diarrhea. I have no food allergies and the pizza was cooked exactly to the instructions on the box. My partner, who did not have the pizza feels fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
