On Saturday, May 15, 2021 around 7pm. I ate a Salmon Poke bowl with Masago, white rice and veggies delivered quickly via DoorDash. I now have had stomach cramps and very loose diarrhea four times. I only ate the chicken nuggets and red beans and rice I fee like it could’ve been the red beans and rice or both. I ordered the orange chicken. I asked for the sauce on the side, she told me 3.00 extra. I said forget it. After I ate that with white rice i felt nauseous and started dripping sweat. Stomach cramps were 4 out of 10. Sweats was a 10 out of 10. Nausea was 5 out of 10. Stay away from orange chicken  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Sweating

Lunch from there Ordered garlic naan, lamb tikka masala, rice, papadum and lamb vindaloo. Had lunch. Within hour diarrhea. And then painful diarrhea 8 more times throughout the day and night, into the next morning. Did NOT eat anything else that day or afterwards..
