We made dinner from fresh Ingredients purchased there. Spolumbo sausage (well cooked) Manna bagged romaine lettuce & roasted veg. Onset 5 hours after eating, vomiting diarrhea extremely unwell. My husband and I had it last night. That would be january night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a few pieces of Giant Eagle romaine with red cabbage Sunday evening. I got severely ill by Noon on Monday 12/20/21. I had diarrhea and was very dizzy and in a cold sweat. The next day I checked and the lettuce was recalled.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dizziness, Sweating

Sunday eve ordered 2 sirlion steak dinners to go and ordered 3 side salads made with romaine lettuce only, a few hours later I starting having nausea than severe diarrhea early in the morning.
