I ate a taco salad for dinner with the shell, 1/2 steak and 1/2 chicken at 6:30 pm last night. I woke up with an upset stomach around 1 am, and the at 3pm started having severe diarrhea and nausea. It is now 5pm the next evening and I still have an upset stomach and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

The only meal I ate was from their salad bar at lunch. I had mixed greens, spinach, arugula, some tabouli, tofu, and hummus.
