We ate wednesday night at chilis in manteca and i ordered salad with chicken and drank the strawberry lemonade and at 2 am thursday i started throwing up and thesame symptom happening with my mom and my brother. Ate at Chipotle yesterday afternoon around 3p. Salad, carnita's, black beans, grilled veggies, nothing else. By 10pm, was nauseous, and had severe headache. Went to bed, woke up at 2am, sweating, and vomited 4 times. Woke up at 6am with severe diarrhea, and vomited 2 more times.… See more

I ate at Panera Bread yesterday woth my friend. We both ate soup and she also bought a salad. I had the broccoli cheddar soup. It tasted fine. She got the onion leak soup and a salad. We both got sick.

Ate the Shrimp po-boy with a side salad. Four hrs later was hit with extreme nausea followed by vomitting then diarrhea. Passed out at least 3 times from the explosiveness of it all.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
