Was there with my wife and a friend. We all ordered the same thing and all got nausea later that evening. We ordered the chopped salad, Shrimp Badda-Bing!, and a Chicken Pizza. Ordered takeout last night, believe the walnut shrimp made me sick. Onset of symptoms was 30 minutes, severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting with elevated heart rate, flushing of face and swelling of throat and tongue, most symptoms subsided after 4 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Swelling
