Teriyaki ckn for lunch. Went back on floor and began feeling nausea. Went to rest room and up everything came. Left work shortly thereafter for home 15 minute ride. Got home continued to throw once more. Took a 4 hour nap and woke up feeling much better.… See more

Ate a chipotle chicken and avo sandwich and corn chowder soup. Saved the teriyaki and rice bowl for later. That night, I started feeling super dizzy and nauseous so I heated up my leftovers thinking I needed to eat, and immediately got sick multiple times.
