I ate a frozen turkey pot pie after microwaving it for 2 minutes longer than recommended as I wanted to make sure it was fully cooked. About 3-4 hours later I started vomiting, the only thing that came out was the contents of the pot pie.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got turkey and Swiss sandwich with mayonnaise Friday, Sept 27 to go. Noticed after I ate, the napkins smelled like mold. Had some gas later in afternoon, which was extremely unusual. Next day, today, a had profuse diarhhea and associated illness (weakness etc) .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Weakness, Gas
