a voluntary recall of all of its imported yellowfin tuna but this has yet happened.

FDA advises consumers to ask if the yellowfin tuna they are being served or sold was imported from the Vietnamese supplier Truong Phu Xanh Co., LTD; if so, don't purchase it.

Vietnamese style chicken salad. My wife and I bought this, I had a spoonful and she had the rest. The severity of our symptoms correlated with how much we ate. We ate it at 12pm, and were sick with Diarrhoea and vomiting at 3am.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

At 12pm today I ate the Woolworths Vietnamese style chicken salad, it smelled a bit strage however I though this was just the smell of the dressing. At approximatly 3pm I had a wave of nausea followed by Diarrhea and it has not stopped since. Worried at the product was well within the use by date.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

6pm plus till 10pm. I puked 4 times within that 4 hours, puke until no more bile to be puked out. Stomach cramp until I couldn't stand straight or even walk. Couldn't take it anymore then took a cab to hospital for injection to stop my puking and sickness. Stayed 2 hours in the hospital for observation, luckily no need to be admitted to hospital. Yet continue to feel very nausea the next & following day and started to have fever and diarrhea 2-3 times.
WORST FOOD POISONING EVER!!
Probably the pork is not fresh/already contaminated/undercooked??  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bile

which turned into agonizing pain. My roomate then drove me to the hospital where I was given pain meds and took a cat scan to ensure it wasn't anything else pressing. After receiving the report my doctor concluded that it was a food born illness and that it was most likely food poisoning. After I was discharged I called my co-workers to make sure they hadn't contracted food poisoning. Thankfully they had not gotten sick due to the food. Now I am attempting to do the right thing and report it to both the restaurant and food services. I hope this issue can be resolved because I wouldn't wish the pain I endured on my worst enemy.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Three colleagues ate there, including myself. We had lunch around noon on Friday, April 5th. We ate a mix of shared dishes. These included the pork dumplings, Vietnamese spring rolls, noodles, shrimp dumplings and ginger beef amount a few others.
