Mobile order collected at 430pm. Ate half of food as felt full but started feeling sick at 5pm. By 530pm had diarrhea and painful cramps. Order of Carnitas bowl with brown rice, lettuce, corn salsa, black beans, fajita veggies, cheese and sour cream.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Bile
