Ate around 9:30.

Ate there march March 4 2017 at 6 pm. Got a steak bowl with corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese sourcream,and steal. 3 am I started throwing up. 4 hoUrsula I'm still throwing up. Severe diarrhea. I had a chicken bowl around 8pm on Friday March 3. I woke up at around 1am that night and vomited profusely. I then woke up many more times throughout the night with vomiting and/or diarreah. It is now 9pm on Saturday and I still can't keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered online for pickup from Chipotle at 12:15pm Friday. I got a chicken burrito bowl, chips, and guacamole. Shortly after I got a bad stomach ache. As time went on my ailment worsened. I developed a fever, chills, nausea, severe diarrhea, fatigue, and dehydration.
