had the grilled chicken and shrimp with rice and salad. finished eating at 1 pm and felt nauseous on the way home and continued until 4pm then vomiting and diarrhea started  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Grilled chicken salad. The chicken tasted funny so I didn’t eat much, but I did eat the actual salad. Approximately 2 hours later I got dizzy, nausea, and shabby pains in my stomach.
