Ate crunchy tacos with chicken, beef and veggies. Lettuce, corn salad, sour cream, guacamole around 1130am

Ordered a steak burrito on Postmates around 9 PM (steak, black beans, white rice, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce), and split it with a friend. By 3 AM, I was having diarrhea. By 5 AM, we both have been vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
