I ate at around 11am on 4/9/21 at a restaurant I frequent. I had a burrito bowl with chicken. I got violently ill and because vomiting and experienced severe stomach pain, and nausea - I had to seek medical care.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Guacamole.  I got food delivered. After having the Guacamole I got really sick a short time later. I had horrific stomach pain, nausea, headache, chills and a low fever.
