I had a bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole. No meat. Didn’t taste as good as it usually did, but I ate it nonetheless. I got very nauseous and then threw up multiple times. Unfortunately I will not be eating at chipotle again.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate 3 barbacoa tacos with cheese and lettuce only on 1/15/2018. Within 3 hours I was violently ill and it lasted for approximately 10 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate 2 crunchy tacos with Barbacoa, mild and medium salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, side of white rice, and a coke. I ate it in the restaurant I did not take it home. I am so disappointed. Chipotle was my favorite restaurant. Never again will I eat there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Stopped in Monday evening Jan 15 for a burrito bowl. Drive home and immediately ate.

Woke at 2 am with N/V and some diarrhea. About 12
Hours later started to feel better.

I still have some of the food!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
