I ate a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, pico de gallo and cheese. I ate around 2:30pm on Saturday May 27, 2017. I started regurgitating at 7pm, it is now 9pm and I am still regurgitating and also have diarrhea and a fever. Friday 5/26 ate a bowl. The only difference between my wife's bowl (did not get sick) and mine was sour cream and peppers and onions on mine and not on hers. Pain hit me within 30 minutes of eating and 12 hours later I was getting sick for four hours straight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
