i ate rice, steak, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. i was sick in about an hour and a half. vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach cramps. vomiting and diarrhea lasted 3 days, stomach cramps have lasted almost 7 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Last night I ate a salad (from Chipotle) which had lettuce, black beans, sofritas, roasted veggies, corn, cheese, guacamole, and vinaigrette.
