Ordered steak medium well, received it medium rare. Also had coconut shrimp and the chocolate bread they provide. Entire family was sick from the bread, which we pinpointed as the only thing we all shared. I spent the entire next day throwing up, and had it confirmed by my doctor as food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had sirloin steak, mashed potatoes, and steamed vegetables. I requested steak to be well done but it came medium rare. I should have sent it back but I ate it anyway. The next day, I had multiple episodes of diarrhea, was very dizzy, and low blood pressure.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dizziness
