I purchased3 subs with mayo 1st was for my wife and2 for me after fixing my wife's they ran out of mayo, they refilled and made remaining2 I ate mine & 1 1/2 hours later I became nauseous and thrower up diarrhea & sweat! I'll never buy another subway sand  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Purchased steak and provolone cheese 6 inch wheat flatbread with tomato, onion, green pepper, banana pepper, mayo & spicey mustard. Purchased Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018. I had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki with just lettuce and tomatoes was the worst had diarrhea for a week now since then stomach hasn't felt the same since I never have an issue eating at subway but this time it was the worst  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
