I had steak topped with mushrooms. I do believe it was the mushrooms . This occurred on Friday, June 21, 2019. I'm still not 100%, No one got sick but me. The symptoms started early Saturday morning. My friend ate something different.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
