Bought a large decaf coffee with 5 creams may 7th 2026. About 15 minutes later started having severe stomach pain which lasted a few days. Had severe diarrhea that night and the next day. I have never gotten sick from coffee. The coffee had an extremely bitter taste.  | 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛, 抽筋

Yesterday for lunch me and my office manager got dominoes pizza. We ordered sausage thin crust and an order of pepperoni cheese bread. We were both wretching all night over the toilet. My daughter went to Taco Bell near Golden Colorado and ate the Nacho Fries. She has been throwing up and vomiting all night. She ate some dinner at home with me after but I am not sick so we are thinking was the Taco Bell.
