Bought a large decaf coffee with 5 creams may 7th 2026. About 15 minutes later started having severe stomach pain which lasted a few days. Had severe diarrhea that night and the next day. Yesterday for lunch me and my office manager got dominoes pizza. We ordered sausage thin crust and an order of pepperoni cheese bread. We were both wretching all night over the toilet.
