I ate orange chicken and fried rice about an hour before my flight. Began to feel sick to my stomach as we boarded the plane, and experienced diarrhea on the plane. A couple hours later, I experienced heavy nausea and vomiting. I cannot hold down any food or drink including water.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我昨天晚上去了，这是我第一次从 Chipotle 订购。我拿到了标准的墨西哥卷饼碗。这是相当不错的，但是有些东西没有正确的味道，可悲的是我忽略了停止吃它的直觉。第二天早上上班的路上，我有严重的抽筋，我以为那是我的结局周期，但后来我出现了严重的偏头痛。通常情况下，如果我放下几个水瓶我会没事的，但是这种头痛并没有消失。那天晚上晚些时候我感到非常恶心。我睡不着了所以我在早上 6 点左右醒来，因为我有强烈的冲动去做第二号。我最后坐在马桶上半个小时然后呕吐了好几次。写这篇文章时我的喉咙还在燃烧, 而且我绝对确定我再也不会在任何 Chipotle 吃东西了.

12 月 9 日，我和我的朋友们收到了来自 Nonnas 的潜艇。我有什么？还有我朋友一半的肉丸子。到了深夜，我突然感觉很糟糕，快要生病了。然后在凌晨 12 点左右开始了最糟糕的三天。我在浴室地板上躺了三天。每当我搬家时我最终都会生病。如果我喝水或者绑着吃饼干，我会呕吐。我躺在浴室里，因为我经常呕吐，感觉很虚弱，以至于不能躺在床上。最初的 48 小时内我无法食用固体或液体。第二天晚上，我吃了一顿便餐，但不幸的是在凌晨 3 点，是时候回到我住到第二天的洗手间了。我也吃了肉丸子的朋友也病得很重。其他人感觉不舒服，但不像我们以前那样生病。第三天，我联系了我的医生，他们让我服用了 BRA特饮食一周。在这段时间内，如果我尝试在 BRAAT 饮食之外吃点东西，我最终会感觉不舒服并且非常疲倦。
