I ate orange chicken and fried rice about an hour before my flight. Began to feel sick to my stomach as we boarded the plane, and experienced diarrhea on the plane. A couple hours later, I experienced heavy nausea and vomiting. I cannot hold down any food or drink including water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
