I had a chicken burrito bowl with extra chicken and rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese and lettuce and I felt fine the night I ate it. I woke up in the morning and felt really sick to my stomach. After a couple hours being awake I threw up that meal from the night before.

I ordered a rice bowl with barbacoa beef, grilled veg, white rice, black beans, lettuce, guacamole, corn, mild salsa, medium salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Usually the food is still hot by the time I take it home (5 minute walk) but it was barely warm this
time. I ate my Chipotle and about 30-45 minutes later I began experiencing stomach bloating and cramping, general feeling of malaise, weakness, nausea, and fever with profuse sweating. Interestingly, my boyfriend ate nearly the same meal (except no sour cream or corn) and had no symptoms. We have had several similar meals in the past week which leads me to believe this is indeed related to my dinner at Chipotle.

I went yesterday night, It was my first time ordering from Chipotle. I got the standard burrito bowl. It was pretty good, but something wasn’t tasting right and sadly I ignored the gut feeling to stop eating it. The next morning on my way to work I
had major cramps, I assumed it was my ending cycle but then I got a serious migraine. Usually if I down a couple water bottles I’d be fine but this headache wasn’t going away. Later that night I felt extremely nauseous. I couldn’t sleep. So I woke up at about 6am because I had the strong urge to do number 2. I ended up sitting on the toilet for half an hour and vomited several times. My throat is still burning as a write this, and I am absolutely certain I will never eat at any Chipotle again.

I ordered a Vegan Nutty Super Grain on 4/9. After finishing the 40 ounces, a few hours later, I became deathly ill (throwing up/diarrhea at the same time). While I was drinking the smoothie, it didn't taste right - for example, the peanut butter didn't really taste
like peanuts. The throwing up lasted for over 24 hours, and also consisted of diarrhea. My wife ordered a smoothie from the same Smoothie king on on 4/5 (Vegan Mocha Cold Brew) - and only drank half of her 32 ounce smoothie - because it didn't taste right. She also threw up horribly for 12 hours, and then had a fever after. I will NOT be going back to this location, or any other smoothie king location. My wife and I called over TWICE - to the store and corporate, and they could care less. We're still waiting for the call back from Smoothie King (which won't happen, as they just say that). NOT trying to get anything out of this, except warning others they'll get sick if they order from this location. You messed up Smoothie king, I was spending $50 per week, which will now be $0.

Roly Poly Multigrain Bread was sold at Roly Poly Bakery, at Polmart, CT, New Britain Market Place, CT , Bernat’s Deli, MA and Golemo’s Market, MA. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this product.
The product comes in 20-ounce clear plastic bag marked with product information on top and bar-coded part number 5005-8723 on the bottom and was purchased prior to 04/11/2024.

Pâtisserie Harmonie, a Montreal-based bakery located at 85 Rue De la Gauchetière Ouest, Montréal, QC, Canada, has issued a recall for several of its pastry products due to the undeclared presence of soy. The recall was announced in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food
(MAPAQ) and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. To date, no allergic reactions related to the consumption of these products have been reported to MAPAQ.
The affected products include:
